Matt is a partner resident in Zürich, Switzerland. His practice focuses on the international aspects of U.S. taxation, including planning for multinational companies, inbound and outbound international tax planning for individuals, and international tax controversy representation. He also provides cross-border tax and wealth planning advice to families and the private banks, trust companies, family offices, and investment advisers that serve them.

In addition, Matt has been heavily involved in advising on the implications of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), tax information exchange, and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
